1. THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY

2. WHAT PRODUCTS DO WE OFFER?
(A) We offer products from a range of insurers for Motor Car, Motor Cycle, Commercial Vehicle, Household, Liability, Travel, Professional Indemnity.
(B) We only offer products from a limited range of insurers for Commercial Property, Business, Caravan, Marine.
(C) We only offer products from one insurer for Legal Expenses, GAP, Motor Breakdown, One-off Events, Warranty.
3. WHICH SERVICE WILL WE PROVIDE YOU WITH?
After assessing your needs and requirements we will use your information to obtain quotations and information for the products available. We will advise you about the products to assist you with making your choice. We will not make any recommendation about a particular product. You will then need to make your own choice about how you wish to proceed.
4. WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY US FOR OUR SERVICES?
We do not charge fees for our services. We receive a commission from the insurers from the premium you pay. You may ask what commission you receive by writing to us. Your insurance company may make administration charges for any amendments you make to your policy or if you cancel your policy. If your policy is cancelled we reserve the right to retain any commission earned.
5. WHO REGULATES US?

Our permitted business is Assisting In The Administration And Performance Of A Contract Of Insurance (and) Agree To Carry On A Regulated Activity. 6 WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
If you wish to register a complaint please write to us at 48A Walker Street, Wellington, Telford, Shropshire. TF1 BA or telephone us on 01952 242030/248200. We will then acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing and do our utmost to resolve your complaint as soon as possible and give you our final response within 8 weeks of you registering the complaint with us. If you cannot settle your complaint with us you may the refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service and we will issue you with the contact details.
7. ARE WE COVERED BY THE FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME?
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends upon the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim without any upper limit.
